NBS Maritime, a company, specialized in mobile satellite communications, is looking for a Specialist International Sales (Account manager), Mobile Satellite Communications Services to join the NBS Communications team in Varna, Bulgaria. The company provides full-scope mobile satellite communications solutions for the maritime sector and for land users in remote areas. NBS’s approach is to help customers derive the best value from their communications system by offering best-fit service plans and equipment and providing ongoing expert consultancy.

Responsibilities

 • Sales of satellite services offered by NBS Maritime – Narrowband services, Broadband services, maritime VSAT Internet for vessels, satellite equipment, add-value products, and services.

• Increase of the satellite services revenue by approaching new customers and international business, winning new customers and developing existing customers;

• Account management of the dedicated customer’s base and maintaining a long-term relationship;

• Analysis of the international market for satellite services – a collection of market reports and evaluation of information about services offered, pricing parameters, level of technical support; customer demand and competition, etc.

• Consulting, preparing individual solutions; presentations of NBS’s products portfolio, and internal coordination for the provision of the services.

• Participation in events and strategic projects in the field of satellite services;

• Creates and implements marketing strategies, including digital channels, campaigns, web sites, social networks, etc.  

Requirements

• University degree in the field of international commerce, telecommunications, marketing, sales, economics, etc.

• Excellent English - written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered as an advantage

• Excellent negotiation, presentation skills, a positive approach to finding solutions, very good appearance, and manners.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels • Skills for prioritizing, planning and control of the business activities and projects

• Ability to strategic and tactical thinking in a complex and highly competitive environment

• Responsibility, positive thinking, and teamwork capabilities • Experience in sales of telecommunications services, satellite services, Internet transmission, mobile/fixed voice/data services is an advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ERP, CRM, Marketing software.
